Fresh helmets for every passenger, every shift.
Passengers judge a bike taxi ride by the helmet they are handed. A NeatHelme machine at your hub lets captains start each shift with a clean, dry passenger helmet.
The problem
- Passenger complaintsA smelly, damp helmet is one of the most common reasons passengers feel uneasy on a bike taxi.
- Ratings and brand imageEvery ride is a brand moment. Helmet hygiene shows up in ratings and reviews.
- No time to washCaptains can't wait a day for a washed helmet to dry. They need it back in minutes.
